wrong distinfo for autoconf-2.54

Hello ports, there is a problem with building autoconf-2.54

system - Tue Mar  2 10:20:08 KRAT 2004
ports  - Tue Mar  2 10:53:19 KRAT 2004

# cd /usr/ports/devel/autoconf/2.54
# make

As i see this was broken by espie@
