installing the ports in opebsd 3.4

[i valdes <ivaldes2_(_at_)_bellsouth_(_dot_)_net>]

i recently installed 3.4 on my pc. i was able to extract and install src 
but when it came to installing the ports make failed with the message: 
"/usr/share/mk/bsd.port.subdir.mk",line 3:could not find 
/usr/ports/infrastructure/mk/.bsd.port.subdir.mk.
i checked the /etc/mk.config file and there's nothing in it. where do i 
go from here? thanks for your help.
