this patch makes msttcorefonts download all the distfiles into one
directory. having all the little exe files around annoys me, and
there are precendents for keeping all the pieces together:
graphics/xv (patches) and x11/mplayer (skins)
i didn't bother including the changes to distinfo, as that's easy to
regenerate with "make makesum"

GDB has a 'break' feature; why doesn't it have 'fix' too?
