I don't have one available at the moment and it was not on OBSD, but I
saw this earlier this year. Check that the directory paths coming out of
LDAP all end with '/'.
Also it's worth trawling the courier list (the main one not the new
courier-imap one) for comments on problems with that very release using
LDAP. The config file and the code do not have the same idea of the
defaults. I posted something back in May/June but no longer have the
outgoing post available so have to work from memory.
