update news/linleech MASTER_SITES

[shoemaker_(_at_)_softhome_(_dot_)_net (J Shoemaker)]

Below is an update for the news/linleech port to remove master sites
that no longer mirror the file and replace them with a new one.  Not
being very critical, it can wait until the current release is ready to
go - one site in the Makefile still mirrors it...
