Is the list restricted to ports that have been committed?  I have a
Courier-MTA port (uncommitted) that currently re-uses smmsp.  I have no
problems with changing it to a uid>500, but I don't want to have to change
it every few months.  Or if someone is interested in committing it, I'll
take the time and crank out something commit-worthy.
