Enabling libbind.a in BIND9

# CONFIGURE_ARGS="--enable-libbind" make show=CONFIGURE_ARGS
--enable-libbind --with-libtool --enable-shared  --localstatedir=/var 
--disable-libbind  --with-openssl=/usr  --with-randomdev=/dev/arandom 
--disable-threads --prefix='/usr/local' --sysconfdir='/etc'

	Since "--disable-libbind" is in the original set of configure args, I 
can't get it to build libbind.a.  Is there a way around this, other than 
editing CONFIGURE_ARGS in Makefile?

	Also, I notice that the prefix is /usr/local, not /usr, which implies 
that this does not build the default named.  Should I look in /usr/src 
instead?
