a good add to ports :)

small comments about DESCR, AFAIK, Quicktime Broadcaster is MacOS X 
only. can speak about DSS web interface but nothing about broadcaster.

else separation seems good to me.

about license stop, is there any ACCEPTABLE_LICENSES var for mk.conf 
(something like netbsd pkgsrc) ?
