bzflag port

bzflag is an addictive 3d tank war game.  screenshot here:

My port is at:

It was tested on i386/macppc and builds/runs on both of them.  It does
have a propolice issue that I cannot track down.  Help would be greatly
appreciated.

Please note, without DRI, graphics quality is low, and CPU utilization
is high.  It is still playable, but you will need decent/modern hardware
to play.  (I run it with -window -geometry 640x480).

Please test, *comment*, etc.
