perl breakage

With the recent perl 5.8.0 update, the following ports are broken
for the following reasons:

- Man dir problems (1):
mod_perl
p5-DBD-Msql-Mysql
p5-MIME-Types
p5-Mail-IMAPClient
p5-Net-SSLeay
p5-XML-Parser
p5-Tk
p5-XML-SAX
p5-XML-Sablotron
p5-sdf

- Unknown:
p5-sybperl

(1) The man dir problems are that for some strange reason the manual
page in these ports does not get built (No Makefile entry is generated
by running `perl Makefile.PL`) and they are in the PLIST, otherwise the
modules probably function as before. I've not found out yet where that
comes from and how to fix it... feel free to find out.

PS.
There are also a number of modules that now come stock with perl. I
still don't know how to act on that.. COMES_WITH=3.3 but that does not
work for right now in -current (since it is still practically 3.2),
maybe set IGNORE... anyone have better ideas? If not I'll just slap
IGNORE - I guess it does not really matter since people not running
-current are not supposed to be using the current ports tree these days.
