Think about it this way: if a user wants to install it, he also needs
to install the minimal Python. As the creator of the port, that's all
I *know*. Anything else - that the user also wants tkinter, or GNU mp,
or expat - is an *assumption* on my part. My inclination is to pull
out Occam's razor and slice away the assumptions.
