feedback, please, on a new port of the Tcl extensions "tcllib".

This is the core development home for the tcllib standardized Tcl
library. This is a set of pure-Tcl extensions that you can use to
become even more productive with Tcl.


this is part of the effort to bring a bunch of Tcl stuff i have been using
lately to openbsd: incrtcl, tclx (forthcoming), tclsoap, etc ...
