new port: wmmultipop3-0.7

wmmultipop3 is a windowmaker dock-app based on wmpop3, but with support
for multiple mailboxes.

thanks to nick nauwelaerts for helping me with the makefile and to dan
harnett for helping me track down the strlcpy problem i had.

port extracts to mail/wmmultipop3
