There may be other ways to resolve this conflict, but how about
just dropping mkpasswd from the expect package? As long as we
install it, somebody might be tempted to actually use it. Which
would be a bad idea, because that script seeds its PRNG with the
PID, and that's it. (I guess this could be fixed.)
