NEW PORT: oidentd v2.0.3

I've created a port for oidentd. It's a highly configurable ident server.
It provides for faked/custom responses and can also answer ident requests
for masq'd/nat'd hosts. The nat support works on both 3.0 and 3.1-beta.

Please test, comment, commit, etc.
