Subversion requirements (diff/patch)

	So in my testing of hte subversion port it seems that in fact we
/do/ need a diffutils port and a patch port, as the tests /do/ fail with 
ours. once I'm done with patch, which is being a pain in the ass for no
reason in particular, subverison will follow shortly.

Please look ove the diffutils port for me?
