new port: sane-backends 1.0.7

This has been submitted a couple of times, however it never made it to
official tree. I really think this should be in the tree.

Anyways, 1.0.7 fixes a couple of OpenBSD compatibility problems.

Tested on 3.0-stable with SCSI HP 5P. Ignore the compile warnings, they seem to be
irrelevant.

Port is located at http://insecure.dk/openbsd/sane-backends-1.0.7.tgz

I really need more people to test this.

If this get commited, I'll port sane-frontends as well.
