Hello,


Here's port of SILC (Secure Internet Live Conferencing) protocol client.
For more details see http://www.silcnet.org.
This port is in chat/ section under NetBSD and net/ under FreeBSD, as we lack
chat/, net/ section sounds appropriate.

If anybody's interested, I can do a port of silc-server also.
