alpha & powerpc -current packages snapshots

I have built -current alpha & powerpc package snapshots, which will be
going to the FTP mirrors soon.

Total numbers of packages available by FTP:
- powerpc:	1166
- alpha:	1207

Later I will post analysis on the breakage encountered during the build
for those architectures.

Note: The powerpc set you see may be slightly incomplete because of
problems with the machine the build was done on.
