new port : auth_ldap

I've done a ports for auth_ldap as I didn't find it already
done.
auth_ldap is an LDAP authentification module for Apache...
Very usefull for an DEN architecture :-)

I've tested my ports on the 2.9-STABLE (ok), and will test
it under CURRENT as soon as possible.
 
I'm ok to maintain this port if needed.
 
To get it the port :
cvs -d :ext:anoncvs_(_at_)_cvs_(_dot_)_idealx_(_dot_)_org:/cvs/public co openbsd/ports/auth_ldap
then let's make package.
