This is an update of the following GNOME ports:

gnome-core
gnome-applets
controlcenter

What's changed?

Fixed incorrect usage of the scrollkeeper documentation system.
Added missing BUILD_ and RUN_DEPENDS of scrollkeeper for controlcenter.
