I checked how apache will start with different values of PERL_DESTRUCT_LEVEL
and found that it coredumps if PERL_DESTRUCT_LEVEL set to any positive

With perl v5.6.1 apache coredumps with both mod_perl v1.25 and v1.26.
With perl v5.6.0 there's no problems.
