port update: graphics/gkrellkam

As pointed out by Brian <bmc_(_at_)_ruff_(_dot_)_cs_(_dot_)_jmu_(_dot_)_edu> the wget options default to
turning proxy setting for wget off.  This is wrong.  A tarball containing
the fixed port with a new patch file in it is available at:

http://danimal.org/openbsd/gkrellkam.tar.gz

Please commit as soon as possible.  Thanks.
