ports and packages lists

Hey...

Are there any lists available with a short description of a port/package
like http://www.openbsd.org/2.7_packages/i386.html ? That would really
help people a lot of people who need software and like to use the
ports/packages collection because they do not want to or are not able to
compile from source. The only problem is, those people often do not know
what package can be used for what purposes, because they dont know the
software.
