Probably not, as the underlying Makefiles are not identical.

You can take another BSD's port as a basis for your own OpenBSD port.
This might be a good starting point for complex ports, to see how other
people solved problems. For simple ports I'd suggest the checklist
above as other BSD's ports not necessarily meet OpenBSD's criteria on The
Right Way of doing stuff.
