Yes and no. The package-links target doesn't handle multi-level
categories. On the other hand, maybe the category should be
"print print/teTeX"?

Yes. There is a both a port x11/windowmaker and a logical category
"x11/windowmaker", which is confusing. Maybe we should rename the
one or the other.
