I'll comment on a few of the build failures:

Those suffered from silly typos. Fixed.

In 2.9, <net/if.h> isn't protected against multiple inclusion.
Consider it fixed.

Those failures are an artifact of the build environment. These
ports depend on particular flavors of the python ports. Other ports
that are built earlier depend on and install different flavors, so
we get a conflict.
Handling this is beyond our current package building framework.

Arguably a problem on i386.ports.openbsd.org. If /usr/local/include
doesn't exist while you rebuild the system, that path isn't added
to ccflags in /usr/libdata/perl5/${MACHINE_ARCH}-openbsd/5.6.?/Config.pm,
from where the CFLAGS for Perl ports are set.

Those ports are still FAKE=no. Their failure to build is probably
a bug in bsd.port.mk, but ports without fake are effectively not
supported anymore.
