new port: p5-cddb-get

Hi,

attached to the mail is a port of the CPAN-module CDDB_get-1.61.

I do have one question, to .packlist a file is added, that is not 
going to be installed (autosplit.ix). Is there a "proper way" of 
excluding it from .packlist? (or just sed/perl on the .packlist before
it's included in the package?)
