Request for Commit: kdenetwork2+kdesupport2

I have tested 2.8 and 2.8-current(050401-snapshot), on clean systems, dirty 
systems, and most feedback is good for these two ports.  I'd like for them to 
be included in the -current ports tree, and available for the 2.9 release.
