New Port: Programming Ruby book by Dave Thomas and Andy Hunt

I am following a convention of my own creation for those things Ruby living
in misc. Prefixing them with rb, which is ruby's extension.

Please test, the port is quite trivial, as its just a relocation of html/xml
files essentially.
