ri port commit?

Last Sunday I submitted a message to ports about the below port asking for
testing. I havent heard anything back. This is a relatively trivial port so
I didnt expect to hear much if anything.

Could someone with commit access commit this. Its the first of quite a few
Ruby related ports Im working. 8)

ri pkg
