No. You're changing the semantics of PREFIX here.
People are unlikely to override PREFIX individually. Rather, I
might set PREFIX=/usr/pkg for all ports and expect them to install
appropriately. Overriding PREFIX should certainly not change
intermediate directories.
(FWIW, I'm not convinced that this should install under ${PREFIX}/freetds
at all.)
Also, libtool-based ports need to have some patches applied. Check
the existing examples in the tree.
