more kde2 ports

Here are some kde2 ports for testing. No fancy patching done, just to get
the lot to compile. If you find any bugs, I'll be happy to hear them.

The next couple of days, I'll create ports for kdeadmin2, kdegraphics2,
kdemultimedia2 and kdetoys2. After that, serious bug hunting will be done
on the kde2 ports.
