Interim ksh93 binary port

Earlier this year AT&T released the source of Korn Shell '93 (under
some incomprehensibly phrased license). Unfortunately, neither me
nor anybody else has gotten around yet to creating a port for it.

Still earlier, AT&T provided binary releases for a couple of
platforms. The attached port installs the BSD/OS version on i386
and the SunOS4 one on sparc, respectively, along the lines of the
netscape and cvsup ports. (sparc is untested.)

Note that the distfile needs to be downloaded manually for licensing
reasons. The port gives instructions.

If you want to run ksh93 on OpenBSD, you can use this port as an
interim solution. I don't expect this to enter the tree.
