One known issue of the ports documentation is that it exists in several
places.

I've now relocated a large proportion of the ports documentation to
bsd.port.mk(5).

I hope to be able to remove a fair number of comments from bsd.port.mk
in the near future. Specifically, the comments there should exist to
explain tricky stuff that is going on, and the comments that are currently
there are going to bsd.port.mk(5).
