ghostscript/gnu broken (may be a more general issue)

When trying to install 'gv', which depends on 'ghostscript/gnu', which
depends on 'unzip', the unzip package does get built, but not installed.

 <<unzip is built and faked here>>
Registering depends:.
Creating gzip'd tar ball in
'/usr/ports/packages/i386/All/unzip-5.41.tgz'
 <<does not get installed!>>
===> Returning to build of ghostscript-5.50
===>  ghostscript-5.50 depends on shared library: png.1 -
/usr/local/lib/libpng.so.1.8 found
===>  Extracting for ghostscript-5.50
ln -s `cd /usr/ports && cd graphics/jpeg && make show VARNAME=WRKDIST`
/usr/ports/print/ghostscript/gnu/work/gs5.50/jpeg
ln -s `cd /usr/ports && cd graphics/png && make show VARNAME=WRKDIST`
/usr/ports/print/ghostscript/gnu/work/gs5.50/libpng
cd /usr/ports/print/ghostscript/gnu/work/gs5.50 && unzip -Lao
/usr/ports/distfiles/gs/hp8xxs13.zip -x devs.mak
/bin/sh: unzip: not found

When trying to restart the build:
===> ghostscript-5.50 depends on file: unzip - not found
===> Verifying package for unzip in archivers/unzip
===> Returning to build of ghostscript-5.50

I'm running OpenBSD-current of 9 september, and ports from 12 september.

Work-around: install unzip package manually.
