Netatalk port update

Well here is an update to the netatalk port. It is just a mere scratch at
improved appletalk support for OpenBSD.

Changes.

Checkout pkg/security

95% of the warnings are fixed.
Port no longer destroys /etc/netatalk/rc.atalk if it exists. Now conforms
to point 10 NOTE: section of the OpenBSD porting checklist.

The port should now compile and run better on fussy architectures like the
alpha.

Numerous bug fixes.
kerberos auth fixes.

and before anyone asks it still doesn't contain appleshare IP support.
That's a project for another day.

I apologise in advance for the extremely long patch names. Once you've had
a look in the patches directory you'll understand. I need descriptive
names just so I know what's what.

If anybody finds any problems please let me know.

That's go to Chris Jepeway <jepeway_(_at_)_CS_(_dot_)_UTK_(_dot_)_EDU> and Ian Darwin
<ian_(_at_)_darwinsys_(_dot_)_com> for their help and testing.
