make package

Hi,

while doing make package for ImageMagick I noticed that the make package
did not propagate to the depends.  I had to do a make package for all
those by hand.

BTW make package fails on ImageMagick itself, because the PLIST does not
seem to match reality. include/magick/X.h is missing.
