Hi there,
I'm using OpenBSD 3.8 as a small desktop and I need to connect to a
bloody windows box (2003 server).
I used to use rdesktop for that purpose and it worked fine under FreeBSD.
With OpenBSD rdesktop keeps on crashing while connecting to that windows
box. Sometimes it comes up and I can click around a bit, but very soon
it dies.
I did a ktrace of rdesktop, but am not very familiar with interpreting
the output of kdump afterwards.
The ktrace.out can be found here:
http://crivens.terrorteam.de/~rabauke/OpenBSD/ktrace-rdesktop.out
Just in case someone wants to take a look into it.
I need that rdesktop at work and I don't want to go back to Linux or
Windows (uuuhhh). I like the idea of having probably the only OpenBSD
box in quite a huge Windows network ;-)
Fact's & Figures:
OpenBSD 3.8-release
rdesktop-1.4.1
I'm not subscribed, so please keep me in CC:
Thanks in advance,
Marian Hettwer
