Answering to myself...
Allright, I had a check on sensorsd under current and it looks like in 
3.8 I will be able to give a command to execute when the sensor is too 
high. Great, I just have to wait for 3.8...

Sorry for the noise, in the meanwhile, I'll use syslogc.
