Hi,
I'm busy to test a backup procedure on a DDS tape device (Sony, SDT-9000) connected to a BT-948 SCSI card
I've different behavious depending on the device used:
(My / uses 1002232 blocks):
'dump -0auf /dev/rst0' works but:
'dump -0auf /dev/rst0n' asks for a second tape!?
Any idea why EOF is reached with a "norewind" device?
Xavier
