Hi,

It's true that libgcc_s.so.1 is missing from redhat_base, however
manually obtaining libgcc_s.so.1 from a linux distribution (tried two
versions -- one from redhat 8, one from redhat AS 3.3), installing in
/emul/linux/lib and linking .so to .so.1 did not help -- still the same
error.

btw, freebsd port is on the 1.0.0.1 now and working.

possible cause of "cannot allocate memory" - libgcc_s.so.1
is missing in openbsd redhat_base.

$ strings ./skype | grep lib
...
libgcc_s.so.1
...

i have CC'ed to redhat_base port maintainer - maybe he
will speak up...
