If I use the MSDOSFS is there any way to prevent the creation
of "~" files?
for example...I mount the floppy "mount -t msdos /dev/fd0a /mnt"
# cp /etc/hostname.bge0 /mnt
# ls -al /mnt
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root wheel 5 Feb 14 16:00 hostna~1.bge
Is there anyway to preserve the original filename?
