I am considering an external tape library device for OBSD 3.6?

Which one are you using? On which U320 SCSI HBA ? May you suggest one?
For HBA i am considering LSI 53c1030 mpt(4), Adaptec 39320, ahd(4); or
U320 gdt(4)? Any bad point i should known about them, specially when
playing with tape libraries ?
