Funny, I have never heard a sane person with knowledge seriously about setting
up a CA.
All is possible if you want it...
If there isn't enough gas in the tank of your car you cannot reach any point on
the planet. Besides your car should be able to swim, operate above +50 degrees
Celcius, below -50 degrees Celcius and yes there are some more things that make
it incomparable with walking to the local bakery or post office.
And it's not the worst idea to create a 'BSD-CA', free for all...

I'm bothered by my memory. Wasn't it this "vh" guy who got a shitload of
comments from OpenBSD people telling him they want his real name, just for
source? What makes this guy think OpenBSD people will give an anonymous person a
certificate???
And what's the clue of giving an anonymous person an identity?
