IBM xSeries 206 and 306

Does anyone know if the onboard RAID controllers that come with the IBM 
xSeries 206/306 servers work with OpenBSD?
I called IBM trying to get the specific details about the chipset, but 
they were vague and said that "It is an Intel motherboard with 
ServeRAID 7e for RAID 0 or 1".
