howto enable rpc services

Dear gentlemen/madams,

i am facing problems in order to get the following rpc services
available through my box:

rpc.rusersd, and
rpc.rstatd.

I have just uncommented the following lines into /etc/inetd.conf :

rstatd/1-3      dgram   rpc/udp wait    root   
/usr/libexec/rpc.rstatd rpc.rstatd
rusersd/1-3     dgram   rpc/udp wait    root   
/usr/libexec/rpc.rusersd rpc.rusersd

and portmap is running ok:

etosha# rpcinfo -p
   program vers proto   port
    100000    2   tcp    111  portmapper
    100000    2   udp    111  portmapper
etosha#

But when i : 
etosha# rusers etosha
rusers: RPC: Program not registered
etosha#

I got that error, may some suggest a fix ?
