Uh, how many times are you going to ask about DL DVD?
Have you done any of your own investigation into what exactly DL DVD
is, and how it relates to current software/standards?
Have you done anything with what I've told you in the past?
What do you want DL DVD for? Do you want to read it? Do you want to
write it? What do you want to read? What do you want to write?
At any rate, it's very unlikely that DVD writing software will be part
of the base OpenBSD system. CD writing software is not part of the
OpenBSD base system, but that doesn't mean you can't write CDs or DVDs
