Interesting comment Adaptec - I had thought they were well supported in OBSD!

**ARE** there any RAID5 controllers that will inter-operate with OBSD? Wan't Theo hot on Adaptec earlier this year, or was it Intel?

It would be **REALLY** nice to have a RAID5 machine with a controller/driver capable of communicating array status. It's somewhat frustrating to reboot a server with a Knoppix disk just to rebuild an array (though it works just fine for 3Ware).

Adaptec are you listening?

We may be a righteous market, but unfortunately nowhere big enough to have any leverage.
