Hi,
I have a fresh installed box with OpenBSD 3.5, on a Via M-5000
mini-itx. vga1 at pci1 dev0 function 0 " ViA CLE266" etc.
wsdisplay0 at vga1: console (80x25, vt100 emulation), wsdisplay0: screen
1-5 addedd (80x25,etc.)
First monitor:
After exiting X, either by exiting command or ctrl-alt-backspace I don't
get any shell prompt. Seems like the monitor doesn't 'switch back'
to the console mode...so I replace the monitor.
New monitor, after exiting X this time I get "no input signal" and it
goes to "power saving" mode. Same blackness.
After that I switched off some bios settings that enable video power
saving, direct cpu access to FB, but no luck.
Any suggestions or similar experiences?
Thanks
dg
